Proclamation to all the nations

the cold steel breeze rattles at my window pane,
the world outside is covered in snow,
and as Christmas approaches,
How are we to ignore the bloodshed, rape, incest, and false witness?
Jesus calmly puts His warm, kind, compassionate hand on my heart of fire and brimstone
and says plainly “they are your brothers and sisters forgive them their sins
that your sins may be forgiven you…”

sure protestants and catholics have fought it out through the centuries,
persecuting each other for all sorts of reasons,
but the important thing is that the Lord Jesus Christ is proclaimed,
that His love covers a multitude of transgressions,
maybe even all the sin that is in this ole world of trouble and pain,
that Christ is proclaimed the victor means my life is not in vain….
and the cup and the loaf are shared that sins may be forgiven,
that Jesus Christ is not forgotten some 2,009 years since His resurrection from the dead!!!

but that is not enough to end the bloodshed, the rape, the incest, the child molestation, the murder of the unborn, the prostitution of children
and the cold steel breeze still rattles at my window
and I sink into a prayer for mercy and justice
and I pray as if I know what God’s mercy and God’s justice are
but I am like a clanging cymbal out of tune with the rest of the band
for I can forgive but never will I forget the atrocities I have seen and felt
and when this blanket of snow will melt at spring time
the new birth of the Gospel in the remember to remember theme of this age…
whom is above confession and penance?
whom is sinless to cast the first stone?
repent all ye and be forgiven is the message then
it is the message now
proclaim the gospel, the greatest story ever told to the ends of the world
and then beyond to new, brave worlds like the earth
swirling around in the manifestation of being separated from Jesus
open your hearts to christmas
open your hearts to the love of Jesus
and once and for all times share that love with everyone you see
no more starvation and poverty in the street
no more, no more homicide
the Lord is willing
if you will stop the killing
of His and your children…

the Lord of Heaven, Earth and Hell rebuke you, Satan…

the holy rosary

the rosary is a beautiful prayer and you don’t have to be catholic to pray it.
all christians worldwide need to learn this prayer
I prefer to sing it in the key of e on my piano
which drives my jewish neighbors crazy
the rosary is not worshipping Mary as a goddess
but it does her worthy soul justice before Jesus and God the father almighty
this advent start to pray the rosary with your family
it is the right thing to do…the holy rosary
